As sure as kids will dress up and demand all your candy, you can expect something new from Skepta on Halloween. Over the last few years, October 31 has doubled up as a bat signal for the British rapper, who’s given us treats like “No Security,” a Halloween Mix for OVO Sound Radio and last year’s Vicious EP. Keeping up the tradition, Skeppy comes out to play once again as he drops a slick video for “Pure Water,” off his aforementioned project.
