Kodak Black is becoming more known for his controversial comments instead of music recently. The Florida rapper’s latest remarks many feel have crossed the line. In an Instagram Live video, Kodak Black directs flirtatious comments to Lauren London, the girlfriend of the late Nipsey Hussle. London, who has a child with the slain rapper, is currently grieving the loss of her life partner who was gunned down just one week ago in Los Angeles.

Kodak is heard describing London as “a whole widow out here.” He later continues, “Lauren London, that baby, though. She about to be out here single.” Black goes on to say, “I’ll be the best man I can be for her. I’ll give her a whole year. She might need a whole year to be crying and shit for Nipsey.”
“I ain’t trying to shoot (my shot) at her…I’m saying, listen. She can do two, three years. I’ll try to be like the friend if you need to holler or a shoulder to lean on. She can call my line.”
Following the comments, T.I. posted a video on Instagram defending Nipsey’s honor and protecting London who is a friend of Tip’s. “You outta pocket, ni**a. Fix that shit quickly, expeditiously. If I see you, I’m a say it in your face.”
The Game, who took the Hussle’s passing to heart, also sent out a warning shot to Kodak Black and any others who disrespect Nipsey and his family.
UPDATE: The backlash on social media appears to have taken a toll on Black, who issued an apology on Sunday.

“If I disrespected you, Lauren London, in any shape or form, I’m sorry, even though I didn’t,” he said. “And rest in peace to dude. Y’all already know what I said. I said dude encouraged me to do shit for the community. But, anyhow, my bad to them two. But, like, for all you other people like trying to fake act like y’all little boying me on the internet or checking me on the internet, if that’s how y’all feel, that’s how y’all wanna feel.”
