A Ghetto Christmas Carol arrives months after 17 and just before X goes to trial. According to Pitchfork, prosecutors are breaking up his case in two, the first of which will be focused on his witness-tampering charge. The first-degree felony carries the “most serious potential penalties under the law,” according to the report.
He was also charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment. His trial was set to start today (Dec. 11), but has been postponed. His next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.
