Make Music Not War

Make Music Not War

Every rapper wants to be the best and this kicks of a competition, rivalry amongst the best. In the past We have seen rappers like Jay Z, Nas, Fat Joe, 50 Cent and many more acts end any beefs, joining forces, doing business and music together. We need to see more this in the rap community. As said by Drake

“We Need More Of This and Less Of That”

Drake & Tory Lanez End Their Beef

All is now good in “The 6.” On Thursday (May 18), Tory Lanez posted two photos of himself and Drake standing next to each other. The move comes as a shock to many as the Toronto stars have been subliminally going back-and-forth on record and in interviews for almost two years. Whether it was a simple misunderstanding blown out of proportion or Lanez being competitive, ruffling feathers to take Drake’s hometown throne, there has never been concrete details as to why the talented musicians started trading verbal jabs on tracks like “Summer Sixteen.”

Toronto,” Tory simply captioned the photo alongside the 6 God. “The city needs more of this and less of that 6️⃣,” said Drake shortly after in an Instagram post. Is there a potential collaboration on the way? Check out the photos below.

PARTYNEXTDOOR & Jeremih End Past Public Feud

The OVO camp are putting and end to all feuds and beef. After Drake and Tory Lanez squashed their past issues, Jeremih put prior discrepancies with PARTYNEXTDOOR aside in a recent meetup. The Mississauga singer/songwriter and Chicago crooner posed for a photo together, which Jeremih posted on Instagram early Friday morning (May 19). “Foolin’ with mi foola,” ‘Mih captioned the picture, as the pair hold their respective 2017 ASCAP Awards. Jeremih took home an award for “Oui” off last year’s Late Nights, while PARTYNEXTDOOR received a plaque for Rihanna’s “Work.”

The pair had issues during their co-headlining “Summer’s Over” tour last year, when Jeremih stormed off the stage during a performance in Chicago. A few nights later, the “Don’t Tell ‘Em” singer would call out Party saying, “PARTYNEXTDOOR and his crew are some b**tch ass ni**as.” Live Nation removed Jeremih from the North American tour soon after, stating they had to take action quickly following multiple incidents including Jeremih allegedly sending out an imposter to perform for him.
