This week’s features include music from Vars City, Sean Gast, Young West Tantrum, Jaij Hollands, Kemal Palevi & Laikipia. 1. Vars City – Is it Love Feat. Bling Eye & Bobbie Cortes

This dancehall infused song describes the ongoing struggle between balancing your dreams while chasing the love of your life. We all know how much time needs to be invested in both! With help from Jamaican born star “Bling Eye” on a verse and rising star Bobbie Cortes singing the hook, this song just makes you want to dance and is a perfect vibe for the summer.

 

2. Sean Gast – No Exaggeration Feat. Rich the Kid

Released a few days back is new comer Sean Gast new singl “No Exaggeration” This is his first single from the “Good Company” album project, due to be out later this year. Featuring Migos affiliate Rich The Kid, the song is a banger.

 

3. Young West Tantrum – Swimming

This is the second single from Young West Tantrum upcoming project California Living.

Hailing from Compton, Ca, Young West Tantrum has been on the scene for a while now, sharing the stage with Nipsey Hussle, The Game, YG, and more, along with having songs with Glasses Malone, AD, OT Genasis, Crooked I and Jayo Felony.

4. Jaij Hollands – Ngozi

Part of London’s IRAY Movement and a key member of the flourishing UK Afrobeats/Bashment scene, Jaij Hollands has come a long way since dropping his big street single ‘PINGA’ which has now hit over 700K views on his own YouTube Channel.

With ‘Ngozi’ Jaij delivers a trademark floor filler showcasing his unique flow and deep, dancehall driven vocal delivery over a beat he co-produced. The natural choice for the lead single, he says;

“Ngozi is the only song on the album which has 3 producers on it; myself, Mundo and MB. It has elements of dancehall, bashment and afrobeats, so to me, I think it really stands out that way – The whole video is based around the message in the chorus ‘looking for the fine baby girl called Ngozi’ the rest is the mandems creativity.”

 

5. Kemal Palevi – Sans

Kemal Palevi, a public figure in Indonesia, He’s a stand up comedian, actor, writer, and director now into rap scene. For this song, he brings Saykoji, no. 1 rapper in Indonesia, and Della MC, and Nino RAN.
The song called SANS, means CHILL.

 

6. Laikipia – I Know Love

“I Know Love” is the 4th single release from LAIKIPIA.

The song is an epic journey to the centre of the heart – Chill/Bass/Pop/Uplifting. It’s also Adam’s mom’s favourite.
The official video will be released soon, and features pirates, whirlwinds and the discovery of the sea of memories.

LAIKIPIA is a transatlantic electronic music duo made up of Xander Rawlins and Taylor Harrison. Xander is a singer-songwriter and producer from London, England, while Taylor is a classically trained musician and electronic music producer from Los Angeles, California.
