Phase two of The Weeknd’s “Legend of the Fall World Tour” with Gucci Mane, French Montana and NAV kicks off on Saturday night (Sept. 9) in the singer’s hometown of Toronto. Before the first stop begins later tonight, the XO singer decided to blast off a record on a new episode of OVO Sound Radio. During his mix on episode 51, Oliver El-Khatib premiered The Weeknd’s cover of R. Kelly’s 1995 classic “Down Low (Nobody Has To Know).”
